November: Healthy Skin Month

Did you know this month is Healthy Skin Month?

With that said, we are letting you in on our healthy skin favorites (+ why)!

HU Top 5:

  1. Elta MD UV Clear Broad- Spectrum SPF 46

    • Have been using this for years and not sick of it. It is an easy application- just one single pump and you are good to go. It goes on clear, is not chalky, leaves no white residue, feels super light but very moisturizing. I also love that it is the perfect size for traveling (which is big for me as I travel a lot), so then I am not going off of my regular skin care routine when I am not home. It lasts forever and is sold at a reasonable price. It is also highly recommended by dermatologists.

  2. Rose Quartz Gua Sha Facial Tool

    • It is so easy to use… I use it every night while on the couch or working. I can tell it makes a difference in my face. It helps with inflammation from traveling or too much sodium. I prefer to use it in my T- Zone area and under my eyes to help with removing dark circles.

  3. Foreo Luna Skin Cleansing System + Anti Aging Massager

    • This is the best because it is gentle enough to use every single day. It is waterproof, antibacterial, and it lasts forever (I never have to charge it). It also has a cute travel size one!

  4. Trader Joe’s Rose Water Facial Toner

    • This feels HEAVENLY on my skin (and it’s only $3.99)! I keep it in my purse for when I need a refreshing pick me up and I feel like I’m at the spa! It is also good for all skin types- it’s not oily and won’t dry out your skin. I spray it into my foundation before applying it onto my face to get a dewy look (my favorite).

  5. Rosehip Treatment Facial Serum

    • This helps balance oily skin (most people think the opposite when you have oily skin). It soaks in nicely, keeps skin hydrated and gives such a beautiful glow. I have recognized a pattern of when I use it people are complimenting my skin and how great it looks. I use this as a moisturizer replacement and love how it feels!
