Post Holiday Detox Tips

I have a feeling I am not alone when I say I tend to overindulge during the holidays. With December coming to an end & the New Year around the corner, let’s remember to take care of ourselves from the inside out.

Post Holiday Detox Tips:

  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

    Flush out the toxins, get healthy skin, help out your digestive system, keep up your immunity, relieve fatigue, improve your mood, promote weight loss

  • Cut out alcohol

    To truly ‘detox’ the body after the holidays it’s best to quick drinking alcohol for a little- see the benefits of cutting it out.

    Try out our favorite detox drink: lemon & ginger are both amazing when it comes to detoxification & reducing systemic inflammation in the body.

    Ginger lemon detox drink:

1 lemon- juiced, 1 tsp grated ginger, 4 glasses of filtered water, add ice & enjoy!

  • Increase your veggie intake

    The more greens the merrier you’ll be feeling. Veggies: Promote natural cleansing, full of antioxidants, lowers blood pressure, anti- inflammatory, healthy hair & skin, aids digestion, loaded with fiber, controls hunger, anti- aging, etc.

  • Be consistent

    Biggest tip for this one, do post holiday detox with a friend. It will payoff in the long run & you will feel so much better!
