Nona Lim Chicken Recipe

Nona Lim consists of healthy bone broths, slow simmered & delicious. They are Non-GMO, dairy-free, organic ingredients and gluten-free. The broths & soups come in a container that you can heat up & have an energizing, nourishing meal ready within 90 seconds. We decided to try a recipe with them, as we decided they would make the most amazing seasoning. This recipe did not disappoint!

What you need:

  • 1 package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 1 container of nona lim of your choice (we used Thai Coconut Lime Bone Broth)

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  • After spraying the slow cooker with oil of your choice, pour in the cup of brown rice

  • Place both pieces of chicken breast into slow cooker

  • Pour nona lim Thai Coconut Lime Bone Broth over chicken into the slow cooker

  • Place slow cooker on high for 4 hours (or low for 8), the chicken & rice will marinate in the bone broth

  • Salt & Pepper to taste. Enjoy!
