Immune Boosting Smoothie

The HU family wanted to bring you something delicious & useful. This smoothie recipe is simple & can be enjoyed by the whole family. The best part, it promotes a healthy immune system which is so important!

1 cup Frozen Spinach 

1 cup Frozen Pineapple 

1 small piece of fresh Ginger (peeled)

½ Tbsp of fresh Lemon juice

¾ cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Manuka Honey (optional)

½ cup Ice

Blend. Pour. Enjoy!
