Essential Oils

What is an Essential Oil (EO)? Great question! Essential oil is defined as a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic fragrance of the plant or other source from which it is extracted. There are many types of essential oils on the market; therapeutic, natural or organic, synthetic or nature-identical and fragrance. The highest quality EO is Therapeutic.

I choose Young Living essential oils for this reason. They own their own farms, where my oils are bottled at the source. Young Living is one of the only companies that provides therapeutic EO for consumers. They have even created a 'vitality' line of EO for internal consumption.

Young living has been in business for over 20 years. They are known for their Seed to Seal process and because of this, their essential oils are known across the globe for being the highest quality available.

Each essential oil has a beneficial property to you emotional health and physical health.
